On the 21st February, Zaatar NGO took part in a panel discussion hosted and organized by KAICIID in the framework of the Network for Dialogue Project. Several speakers from this project gathered to discuss how transit countries can support social inclusion of refugees and migrants in Europe using interreligious and intercultural dialogue. It was a precious opportunity to have a conversation about common challenges and good practices from people that have been working with refugees and migrants in transit countries. Marleno Nika, part of Zaatar and member of BRIDGES, participated in this panel providing insights about Greece as a transit country, inspired by conversations made thanks to the BRIDGES programme and mentioning tools and concepts of the project. Network for Dialogue is a group of faith-based and civil society organizations working on social inclusion of refugees and migrants across Europe, using dialogue in their work.
